Aroma Bistro - Winnipeg

I have recently discovered that Aroma Bistro has become one of my top choices for ordering food. The Spicy Snow Beef Udon Soup is absolutely delightful and prepared with attention to detail. It is filled with generous portions of beef and the flavorful spicy broth is outstanding. The broth is always carefully packaged separately to prevent any spills in the bag. I must also mention that the Red Chili Oil Wontons 18pcs are delicious and highly recommended.

Upon our arrival, I was initially impressed to see the allergens listed on each dish. However, I was disappointed to learn that everything was cross-contaminated. The staff even mentioned possible cross-contamination with shrimp, which I am allergic to. Sadly, we had to leave without dining as I could not take the risk.

The peanut wontons and the pork and corn wontons in red chili oil were absolutely perfect. They were so delicious.

This restaurant is small and only has a few tables, so it's recommended to make a reservation. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The service is friendly.

The 18-piece Red Chili Oil Wontons were excellent as always. However, I decided to try the Aroma LaLa Chicken and was disappointed. It was soggy and the portion size for $12 was not very generous. I will definitely stick to ordering the dumplings from now on, as they are consistently delicious.
