Service was great..we were disappointed that the buffet was not open.but was ok

Great food and service in this restaurant, the breakfast is of large volume and the top-up coffee are good, fast service and beautiful hot meals

We had lunch with us four. our first waiter was fantastic. when we revived our meal, our 2 fish orders were cold. no coleslaw and no tartaric acid sauce. You know, huh? no dillwurst and no coleslaw. chicken caesar wrap was great, but again no coleslaw. first they wanted to give us just a $10 card for our next visit, which will never happen. they came with two more fish plates. again no tartar and no koleslaw. we did not want it to be replaced by another incomplete plate. not happy with eating.

Arrived at the canad hotel in winnipeg on a 3 day bus tour and today descended to the breakfast. it wasn't even busy and after 20 minutes inline wait for 7 others to get the spot we gave up. if they inline these long imagine how long it can take to serve. they knew this group was coming to think they were better prepared. lection learned.

It was closed when we arrived but from last time we were at Altos they had good service and decent food.
