I wish it was possible to give - stars The atmosphere is terrible (like a cafeteria.)

Wasnt impressed - food was not good at all ...............we walked out there was four of us - we all said the same thing we cant eat this ........sorry but thats the experiance we had ......other wise it was very clean restaurant -staff was polite they just need new cooks -needs flavor or new recipes i think is more appropriate ...

I ate at Aaltos 4 times over the course of 3 days. I was in town for training with no vehicle and so ate at the hotel. Let me start by saying the food was ok. There was nothing wrong with it. It was reasonably priced and drinks were not expensive. For the most part the service was quick.3 of the 4 times I was there the same male waiter was working. The first time he was alone and told me the service might be slow because he was by himself. I'm ok with that having been warned.What I was not ok with was the way he treated his customers. There were a few families sitting at some larger tables next to me. Teenage kids mostly at one big table and their parents scattered at smaller tables around themThis waiter was extremely rude, especially to the kids, who were polite and not running around or throwing things. They were not loud at all. The worst things they did was change seats at their table.The next day when I went I overheard him complaining about how pissed off he was about something and how he was ready to walk. (Might have been a blessing if he had). The other, much younger server was talking him off the ledge and saying it was a simple fix and generally being much more mature while trying to calm him.The last time I went in was for breakfast. Again he was working. Again he was cranky and complaining. His co workers were talking about how miserable he is to work with.I must say, he did not contribute to my dining experience. He is a cancer in your workplace. It is my belief that he doesn't want to be there and he is not contributing to a pleasant experience for your customers.

What a great little place to bring an unruly group. In spite of a large group, the staff took care of all orders exceptionally well and delivered well prepared orders in quick order.The decor is sort of standard hotel restaurant layout and is well maintained. WiFi is available for those diners who wish to ignore their company. Food offerings are fairly standard fair and all orders were very acceptable in quality and quantity. Coffee was in short supply but this likely had to do with having such a large group in attendance. Staff was very friendly and efficient in spite of heavy workloads and endless customer demands. Prices were not low or high so middle of the road.
