La Taquiza Winnetka

Stopped in for a quick bite. My wife has a fish and veggie taco and I had a steak torta. The food was excellent and the options were good. We sat outside and that is when we noticed that they had LaCroix which we did not notice. I went in to purchase acouple and was told they had a five dollar minimum for a credit card purchase and I had no cash. I pointed out that I just madea purchase and even pointed out that I gave e a 25% tip. They still refused. The food was excellent so I'll definitely go backbut I'll make sure to also bring some cash.

I ordered takeout, and it was well-packaged with the food at the perfect temperature upon arrival. The meal was delicious, and I'll definitely be ordering from this restaurant again.

The tacos appeared as if they had been picked up from the floor and wrapped in foil. The chips tasted like they were straight out of a bag. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

The food here is consistently fresh and delicious, and the service is always friendly and prompt. As a realtor in the North Shore area, I often bring clients here for lunch and dinner. It’s conveniently located in the same building as a laundromat and a Starbucks, making it the perfect spot for me since my office is nearby!

Great addition to Winnetka, fair prices, great food, wonderful staff. The chicken tortilla soup has ruined my ability to order it at other places, best $4 you'll spend in the area.
