Huddle House - Winfield

I stopped to get something to eat around 3-4 am. I was greeted by a nice lady named Donna, she was very nice with amazing customer service skills, which is lacking at alot of places these days. You can tell she's a people person and enjoys her job. The food was great as well. I had a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich with vegetable medley, so good ?.Definitely stopping by again for a bite if I'm ever in the area. God bless and take care Donna.

The entire place is clean. The staff us professional and super friendly and efficient. We were exausted and mumbled through 6 orders and she understood us got the special requests correct and was lovely about it. It was fast service and the kitchen delivered the food hot.Kid-friendliness: We have 5 kids and they have more than 1 large table so you don't have to wait an hour for a seat.

Our experience was horrible we sat for 30 minutes before a server decided to come to our table she didn't even wipe our table down before putting menu's on the table and when I asked her to please wipe it for us she rolled her eyes then went an got a rag and halfway cleaned it then walked away. So I waited a few minutes then walked up to counter and asked for a clean rag an wipe it down myself. We waited another 10 minutes and still never got served. At this point I looked straight at her she then rolled her eyes at me like a adolescent child we waited for a little while then we got up all 9 of us and went to eat somewhere else. We came in at 1:15 and left at 2:15 that's about the time frame I believe. I've always loved going to Huddle House but I'll never step inside that place in Wingfield again.

Nice people. Ham way overcooked, but eggs and biscuits were good.

They were extremely nice and courteous despite being short staffed and very busy. Very nice
