I can't believe I paid $16 for a simple burger without sauce! This place is a total demolition!

After reading reviews, I was a bit off thinking that this place might not be good quality. We decided to try it anyway because my daughter celebrated her birthday at Clip 'n Climb, and the good we did! This restaurant is great! We had a big party and everyone went with a smile. The atmosphere was relaxing and very clean. The waiter was friendly, professional and up to Earth. The frits were excellent: with fresh potatoes, including skin. I ordered a chicken sluice; the vegetables were all crispy and fresh; the chicken was grilled and good quality. We had spaghetti with Marinara, which was very tasty and well made. We'll be back.

There's a guy who pushes around him, drinking the car that's very unpleasant and rude. If parents just want to see how their children play hockey, I see these employees saying that the chair cannot be used (even if absolutely nobody is at the dining tables). If the hockey parents last more than 30 seconds to do as he says, he shouts at them. Why would anyone want to support this place after that?

Tried to get food at concession. Trying to watch kids play on ice so when an employee after 4 minutes waiting finally walks by and has something more important to do and tell me to wait a minute I think it was cell phone) You basically said go f myself. Never spending any money in the future. Update I've now been told by two different employees someone will be with me in a minute. Horrific service

Why would someone leave one star ? They have the best poutine in Windsor (I am from Montreal so I'm an expert on the matter) and a de-li-cious California Turkey Burger. Everytime I go I get excellent service and chat with the friendly staff. I'm thinking who ever put a bad review had personal issues with the owner or something... Definetly recommend
