The staff was kind and friendly! It was so much fun mixing and matching all the different ice cream flavours, and not to mention, so clean and tidy!! Cant wait to go back!

Though a little pricey it was well worth the treat! Will definitely be coming again. Colin needs a raise. Goes above and beyond for the enjoyment, experience and safety (front door is beyond broken and the violent thunderstorm threw the door into a few people trying to use it) the customers.

Staff was awesome. Ice cream was great and the prices were reasonable. The ambiance rocked as well. Only feedback is the spoons didn't hold up against the ice cream. Better spoons get a 5 star!

Good ice cream, great portions for a good price. Staff was very friendly and were mindful of peanut and nut allergies (they have separate freezers for nut free ice cream and use separate scoops). The variety of offerings (not flavours but things like sundaes, milk shakes, something with cotton candy and ice cream that will land lesser mortals in a hospital) is crazy. You have to go.

The service at Parlour is amazing. The team helped me out by making a birthday cake for my daughter in record time on the weekend for her party. I appreciate their speedy work and the beautiful, yummy cake that they made!! Thank you Parlour!!
