The Artist Cafe - Windsor

We had breakfast here one morning and enjoyed it very much. All of the staff was extremely friendly. I thought the decor was really nice.

Good selections on the menu. good service. decent quality of the meals. price is right with the rewards card.

Expect to wait a minimum of 30-40 minutes in line for a 2 table seat. Once seated, we noticed many empty tables. Very frustrating considering we waited long in line. Servers were friendly. Food is below average. Ceaser salad was soggy & over dressed. Not worth the wait, however the prices were decent.

We ate here in the off hours. Crowded during the breakfast time. Did not attend a meeting so we could have breakfast. WE had the breakfast special. Ordinary cafe, nothing special. It was a place to eat.

Food was good, but service needs much attention.. been there 3 times last month.. and each time.. over an hour to get food.. not kitchen fault.. order not placed when suppose too..
