Subway - Windsor

I was here on 25th November at 9 PM. There were two employees in the store at the time. I requested the girl to grill my sandwich and they refused saying it is too much stuffing inside the sandwich and grill won't be possible. The reality was the closing time is 10 Am and they already cleaned everything and that is why they refused to grill as they will have to clean again. Very much dissatisfied with the service.

I came with my friends on 25th November at 9 PM. There were two employees in the store at the time. I requested the one lady to grill my sandwich and they refused saying it is too much stuffing inside the sandwich and grill won't be possible. The reality was the closing time is 10 Am and they already cleaned everything and put sauces inside one hour before and that is why they refused to grill as they will have to clean again. Very much dissatisfied with the service. And they refused to dine in at 9.15.

The guy who prepared meal for me was so rude and with negative attitude, service quality 0. Really

Slow service hard to hear and understand,saw them put double cheses on when I didn't ask for it and I'm assuming I got charged for it but I don't know because the receipt is not detailed just says the combos I got prices are nuts

Racist staff and poorest service.Never go there. One South Asian girl working there is very unprofessional to customers. She did not prepare the sub as per my choice. She denied for putting more than 4 souces. Very rude behaviour.Vegetarian options: Veggie Patti Sub
