Simons Prime Burgers - Windsor

Excellent burgers and two poutins. Great taste for everyone. Only complaint is that there were no napkins or plastic forks for the poutins. Will definitely eat there again

The burger was okay, but nothing special. The bacon was extremely tough and difficult to chew. The fries were so bitter that we couldn't even finish them. They were oily and not enjoyable. Despite hearing positive things about this place, my experience was disappointing. Considering the price, I was annoyed that they let such poor quality fries leave the kitchen.

Once in a while order on the jump and ALWAYS was missing something. We fought and ordered in business today. Burger dry, asked for napkins and forks, home. no napkins, 1 fork, no pops. Be the last time I ever command from here.

We eat here often, so you can say we are regular. When we go in them, they know us and probably what we plan to eat. We always get a regular poutine and share it. Mushroom burger and a simple burger. I don't like... thick burgers, so this is perfect with their thin burgers. Always hot and fresh! You can see the meat in the front refrigerator/cooler. Fries are freshly cut daily, Gravy is delicious. Our sum for 2 of us share a drink and poutine comes to $25, really can not beat the price!

The burger chef at this restaurant lacks the skill to properly cook burgers. We witnessed him repeatedly flattening the patties with his spatula on the grill, squeezing out all the juices in the process. Even McDonald's employees know that burgers need their juices to cook properly! Our burgers ended up dry and tasteless, resembling charcoal briquettes. Despite hearing great things about the place, I was disappointed by the quality of the food. The fries also had an unpleasant clay-like texture. I will not be returning, and I am puzzled by the positive reviews I have seen.
