Fred's Pizza - Windsor

Food isn't what I would call up to par. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a small town like Windsor great location but you don't get the size of food you would expect to get at the prices you pay and slices are dry with little to no sauce. To be fair it could just be the day that I came in and the lady at the counter was fairly nice. My constructive criticism would be that the time it takes to prepare the food coupled with teamwork being would be an asset to get the quality of food out that this town needs to get the business making the money it really could. Hopefully next time my experience will be better. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with green peppers and extra cheese and garlic fingers, they came through with the extra cheese, the donair sauce was spot on, the pizza sauce wasn’t too spicy and the crust was thick and fluffy which I love. Price of order was increased by 25% when arriving to pick it up. Store stunk of mold mildew like an old wet basement. Ordered caesar salad that they served in a cardboard container stinking of sour mildew smell. This place has disapponted and overcharged claiming they are too busy to update their website. Obviously they are not too busy cleaning by the smell of the place and packaging they choose to use. Unfit to eat. Not many pizza places open later at night in the community. The staff was super friendly and offered to help me take the pizza, garlic fingers, and pop out to my car. The pizza was pretty good and the crust nice and fluffy. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
