Ciao Cucina Nuova - Windsor

We dined at Ciao Cucina Nuova for the first time last night after a friend's recommendation. As avid food lovers who have enjoyed meals around the world, including numerous visits to Italy, we can confidently say that this meal was among the best we've ever had, if not the best. The food was exceptional—delicious, beautifully presented, and served piping hot. The service was also excellent. It would have been nice if the owner had come to our table as she did for some of the regulars. Nonetheless, we will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I am at a loss for words. This was an outstanding dining experience. If you're looking to take home a massive portion, this isn't the place for you. Instead, come here to savor the subtle notes of nutmeg in the Alfredo sauce paired with gorgonzola. The atmosphere was perfect, and the hostess staff was exceptional. The food was incredible. I can't wait to come back. Thank you, Bianca, Sandra, and the entire team!

The mushroom chicken had a similarly mushy, watery texture as the bass; it felt as though the chicken had been breaded and then steamed, losing any texture the breading might have provided. The mushroom sauce lacked any distinct flavor—truly forgettable, as I struggle to recall anything about it just hours later. The spinach gnocchi, on the other hand, were generously portioned, with a firm yet bouncy texture, but they too absorbed the bland, watery mushroom sauce from the chicken. There was a 40-minute wait between our appetizer and main course, even though only one other table was being served. The service was courteous and apologetic, which was nice. This may have just been an off night for the kitchen, but given the number of amateurish mistakes made in food preparation, and the fact that both my wife and I ended up feeling unwell for the rest of the night, we won’t be returning.

I dined at Ciao Cucina Nuova with friends last night, and once again, the experience was exceptional. The menu is consistently intriguing and innovative, featuring the freshest ingredients. The attention to detail is remarkable. The staff is wonderful, and the vibe and ambiance are relaxed, beautiful, and inviting. This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best in the Windsor/Essex County area! I highly recommend it—it's worth more than five stars!

Fantastic food and ambiance! Our server, Maya, was wonderful. We chose this place for a girls' night out, and it was absolutely perfect for a weekday evening! Additionally, we have serious nut and seed allergies, and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant!
