Service totally bad. Didn't get anything right. Went to discuss it with manager and she gave me attitude turning the problem on me.
This is a very unpretentious place, open concept with a small bar area. It specializes in meat from their smoker. Don't expect anything fancy but the food is quite good. The clam chowder actually tasted like clams, and the baked beans were also delicious. The brisket was very tender and moist and the fries were hand cut. My only complaint was that the hot brisket sandwich wasn't particularly hot. The place was nearly deserted on an early Saturday evening. More folks should try it out.
When we stop in at Champions, it feels like home...only we don't have to cook or do the dishes! Rhonda is the best server, remembering our favourites even when we haven't been in for a while. You can have breakfast at supper and their tomato macaroni soup is the bomb!
Stopped in for lunch as I remember going here years ago when it was a drive inn setting. Food and service ok .seemed to be clean ,with a few of regular customers infor lunch
