She allowed children to ask their questions about the menu and answered them kindly, expected our needs before we even had to ask and make sure the youngest two got their meals with the apps. The food was great, it came as expected and piping hot. Phenomenal experience, the manager on layer was also attractive. 10/10 comes back.
Today I went to Boston Pizza there was nice staff. I ordered my food with my family and it was very long wait it took drinks along time to arrive, when my husband wings came they were so cold and hard as a brick so was the pizza. My family is shocked that the Boston pizza staffs didn’t care about us and we payed 90$ in total except the kids everything else was cold and garbage.
We have noticed that the quality of the food at this restaurant has decreased since the onset of the pandemic, and their prices have significantly increased. We paid $18 for a half of a club sandwich with a small portion of fries. The sandwich itself was mediocre, but my friend could not finish it. However, our server, Joe, was excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and efficient.
The meal was good overall, but the Spinach dip was disappointing. I couldn't believe they added feta cheese (which I usually love) and tomato chunks to the dip - it just didn't work. My son's burger was too dry and had a tough texture. The gravy had a strange thick white film on top. The Corona was good, though.
The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable, especially with the kids menu. The restaurant is beautiful and has become our weekly family spot.
