The arancini was quite nice served with a tomato sauce. I enjoyed the bread and oil with balsamic we received. Our house salads were perfectly dressed. My mom ordered the chicken parm. It juicy and perfectly cooked. I ordered the gnocchi. My cream sauce was a little light and runny but otherwise was very flavorful. We decided to pack up our dinners in favor of an after-dinner tiramisu which was delightful. Our server Marlo was very attentive and saw to all of our needs. For the quality of our meal I found the prices very fair. I will return.
Menu may not be as extensive as other Italian spots but it doesn't matter as long as they do what they do well. Service was friendly. When we couldn't get in anywhere else on a Friday night without reservations we decided on Armando's and we left thinking "why don't we come here more often?". We shared an order of Calamari and a bottle of wine, DH ordered old school spaghetti and meatballs, I had Chicken Parm and DS enjoyed the pasta with beef tip. All entrees come with a nice little house salad and bread with the usual olive oil accompaniment. Bill was around 120 before tip. Very good value for 3 of us. Will return!
Friendly staff, Excellent tasting pizza, their food is good.. Wish they kept their spinach dip Because it was the best.. the pasta is very good and not spicy like others.. Highly recommend it. They also have great friendly delivery service....
Poor choice to go here on Valentine's Day. It started with the appetizers, ordered Calamari and Spring Rolls. The Calamari was breaded and very salty. Looked like it came from a frozen fast food retailer (not real Calamari). Spring rolls were OK but tasted very bland (no seasoning). My wife and I ordered the Blue Cheese crumble steaks and the kids had pizza. Our steaks had no flavour and the crumble on top didn't even taste like Blue Cheese. It had a burnt taste to it like they put it under the broiler to "toast" the crumble. After raising our concerns, only took 10% off of the total bill and gave us a free cheese cake (even this tasted bland). Not impressed at all! I would describe this place as a low class restaurant pretending to be a high class restaurant. Will not go here again! Advise to stay away.
Service was great on a Friday evening, meals ordered were a variety and all of us seemed to be content with what we ordered
