Antonino's Original Pizza - Windsor

Before tonight this would have been a 5 star. Vince & Franchise Manager..... Am very disappointed with the service I received from your LaSalle location. Previous visit Calzone was rushed at closing. Result was dough not fully cooked and centre was cold. Tonight placed counter order for same calzone and asked that they not rush it like last order, that's all. Please just cook it normal as we have never had an issue before. Later, he hauls it out of the oven saying he's cooked it extra. This isn't what we asked for. Got it home and crust is now crunchy on top and dough tastes burnt. Call them back and OK they will cook another, still uncertain that we are on the same page, re-iterated that previous time was pulled from oven too soon ie. ahead or normal cooking time. Just cook it normal. Staff now decides they will directly argue saying they never under cooked it the first time. Don't need this garbage. Congrats you have alienated what was a very happy customer.

There is a small dining area, but it's strictly for a quick bite. The pizza is really good with crispy chewy crusts and lots of options to put on the pizza. I believe they have thin as well as thick crust. The staff are friendly (and busy). It's a little more pricey then other places, but if you love good pizza, you won't mind paying more.

We went in and ordered pizza. It wasn't much of a wait and the whole car ride to our friends house was torture. THE PIZZA SMELT SO GOOD!! AND IT TURNS OUT, IT WAS DELICIOUS!!

This spot is perfect if you need to grab a pizza on your way home or to a function. The sauce is a bit on the spicy side compared to other pizza places. They are fairly accurate with wait times and always polite. They also serve pizza by the slice with a small dine in area as well.

I wish I would have taken a picture.First it was over a hour wait. None of the other pizza places are that slow and they are just as busy. 2nd I'm vegan so I got no cheese on my pizza. I would expect if I wasn't getting cheese they would put a little more toppings since I was still paying for the cheese. There was barely any toppongs. I had mushroom, green pepper and onion. There were about 10 mushrooms on medium pizza. Very disappointed.
