Sonic Drive-in - Windsor Mill

Sah in the drive thru over 20 min! Everyone behind me had his stuff I was waiting for... 3 people went by the window, 1 even asked how you need... my food he goes away to never be seen again. My food was sitting next to the window all the time! What a joke incompetent is an understatement! I already called to do something about poor service! I wasted enough to fix all your problems! Furthermore, customers want to call or fill out forms instead of making a joke with the problem....

Place an order in the app for 2 strokes, and received the opportunity to get the redbull blow free because I used the app. Waited 20 minutes and the Auto-Hop came to the car to let me know that they no longer serve the Redbull-Slushy, but I could have another blow or sunk in it's place, I decided to foe the simple caramel-suns. After another 20 minutes, I'll flag another hop that asked for the status, she said she'd go. 10 minutes more... nothing. I've been waiting for an hour for two blows... no food, nothing cooked. I'm knocking the door, nobody's coming. I'll knock again, no answer yet. I'm gonna hit the door and shoot Mr. Attitude why you attack like that. I did not try to go, but took over my posture - When I explained everything as my contemporary reception Polly Sunshine appeared, I got my money refund and they gave me a loan to my next visit.... I won't be back.

**** poor service. I ordered a **** at the stable that never got my stuff. Wait outside for 20 minutes before deduction. Not sure what the problem was, but if you do not serve the stable customer, you should not take the orders and close the stands.

I used to spend a lot of money at this place me and my family went back 4/13/22 the food was absolutely horrible they are starting to be cheap they are reusing and heating up and serving the food from days before the hot dog I had was so black it was like charcoal the hot dog picture in the middle is the first one I took back the second one was just as worse the other two pictures I won't be spending my money here no more I'll go elsewhere

The food was excellent. Grilled chicken sandwich, NY Dog, and Sonic Burger were all pretty juicy. The onion rings are nice and crunchy too. It took a while to get the food, so I'm not sure if I'd call it a fast food place though. Car hops don't roller skate either, so that was a bit disappointing. But I won't let that dock points from the experience.
