Worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. Placed a small order on the app and used the drive-thru. Gave my code and employee instructed me to pullup to the next window. Employee at that window never helped me. He made eye contact multiple times and then went back to his phone. After several minutes he yelled something to the front, reached for the window, made eye contact and sat back down and continued to use his phone. Not only keeping me waiting , but those customers behind me. I understand I didn't need to pay, but how was he to know I didn't want my receipt?I also ordered an ice cream cone and was given a melted cup of ice cream with a cone on top.
My wife and I arrived at Bradley and being somewhat hungry, we went here for a quick bite as brunch. Both of us ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and a coffee. I was pleased to find the chicken to be tasty and not dry as I expected. The coffee hit the spot and was very good.
I ordered food and two shamrock shakes. The employee hands us the shakes and one is white and one is green so my husband said that he thinks theres something wrong with one of them. The employee said thats how they come, we said that they were clearly different and he said thats how them come! Then he said I can just take them off your order so he started to take them off and I asked him why he cant just remake one of them and he said again because thats just how they come with a big attitude. I asked him if I could talk to the manager and he said he was the manager. I tried to ask him again if he could remake the shake and he ignored me and started asking my husband for his card. I asked him what his name was and he continued to ignore me. Im not sure why as a customer Im not allowed to ask for something to be re-made. That was the rudest encounter I have have had. I made a complaint on the website and I’m going to call tomorrow to talk to the actual manager.
I went through the drive through and was rudely addressed by a worker expressed my discomfort and was then approached very disrespectfully.
