Crossroads Tavern and Grill at The Summit Windsor

We had a great time at the karaoke night! The karaoke host was fantastic and our server Taylor provided excellent service. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Fun place for children but food was extremely slow to get out and not all came out at once and when it was terrible quality.... Burgers are over. Unedible Mac n cheese for my 7-year-old who says a lot! Burning pizza. No menus for bar drinks. Server was attentive and beautiful just a shame the kitchen was so poor.

We had a party of 16 and were only assigned one server, who appeared to be young and inexperienced. I believe that if other staff members had assisted, our dining experience would have been much better. Unfortunately, our meals were brought out in groups of 5, with one meal taking over an hour to arrive - a club sandwich. When we inquired about the delay, our server explained that the cook would not allow anyone to assist him in preparing the food, which was causing the hold up. Despite apologizing, our server was unable to expedite the process. Additionally, my husband's order of wings was undercooked. As we looked around, we noticed that other tables were receiving their food while our club sandwich had yet to be prepared and brought out. Our server was preoccupied with the cook, leaving our drinks waiting at the bar unattended. It was clear that more efficient and experienced staff members were needed to improve the service. We will not be returning until the necessary changes are made to ensure proper support staff is in place.

Food was moderate and too expensive. Server was friendly and attentive. Our food was brought by someone else so they didn't know the order was wrong and fixed fast. The sweet potato ries were very overcooked. The manager asked how our meal was and after the feedback had composed the wrong meal and gave us a $30 card that was beautiful! They worked to fix the problems that were very appreciated.

Food took too long to arrive considering there was no crowd.
