The Next Door - Windsor

The staff was very friendly and had time for a little chat. I ordered the Elvis Jam Burger' with truffle fries. The bun was soft and not dry. The combination of the peanut butter with the onion jam and the crispy bacon was fantastic. The big handcut fries tasted deliciously like potatoes and not like frying fat. Together with the rich and strong truffle dip this was awesome.The Epic BBB double Jam Imperial Stout' had a nice and sweet malty taste with a good amount of acidity and roasty just slightly bitter finish. With its 11% vol. alcohol and its strong taste it was good counter for the intensive flavors of the burger.Overall this bar served the best food and beer on my one trip through the US.

Nice small bar and grill adjacent to but not affiliated with the next door Super 8. Here you can get a $10 burger that is served with a huge pile of fresh hand cut fries,

I recently visited The Bar Next Door located in the Super 8 hotel in Windsor, WI. This place is a hidden gem with delicious high-quality food. From the truffle fries to the ahi tuna and mussels, everything we tried was spectacular. We loved everything about this place and will definitely be returning regularly. The restaurant is open from 3:00pm on Wednesdays through Saturdays.

The food was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was perfect for having a conversation while enjoying a meal. They had a great selection of local beers on tap. I can't wait to go back!
