Mcdonald's - Windsor

Don't usually eat McDonald's but this was a road emergency hungry little ppl and a happy meal hit the spot which made me happy .. that's McDonald's

Stopped in to grab some lunch with the family on our way thru to black River falls. The manager Pablo and the front order taker Dennis were awesome. They were friendly kind funny and quick. Really impressed

No service, the stupid auto terminals weren’t working and no one was helping anyone in lonby

The girl with the hair wrap and tattoos on her neck (I wish I would of looked for her name), was RUDE!! I get it maybe working at McDonald’s isn’t her dream job. But, it is the job she has. She was snippy when I asked to change sauces, never smiled or said thank you. When she sat the bag of food on the counter and walked away I had to ask if it was mine. She turned and said “yeah” in a nasty tone. Horrible customer serviceWhen I asked for a straw she didn’t even turn around just pointed and said, “around the corner “! Like I was bothering her

The food was good and we had good service and the drive thu worker was polite his name was zack Anderson
