Yolked Farm To Table - Windham

Currently operating a food truck with outdoor picnic tables while the main restaurant is being renovated. We were the only ones there on a Saturday evening surprisingly very quiet and from 302, it’s not much of a sight, but the food was incredibly delicious. Fresh, local, and would 100% come back when they’re done with construction (or sooner, it’s THAT good .All ingredients are local. The potatoes are from Auburn and let me be clear hands down the best French fries we’ve ever had. Period. A light crisp, not oily but delicious truffle sea salt flavor. The burger was phenomenal, and so was the bbq brisket and pork bowl with cornbread and Cole slaw. Large portion and had some to take home (finished it later that night… .For a food truck, these guys are the real deal. Cannot wait for an expanded kitchen and more delicious creativity inside soon! A new favorite in the area!

So pleasantly surprised to find this new local eatery in Windham! Their menu offers something for everyone. Their diverse menu made it hard to choose one thing and I'm looking forward to coming again!

Showed up on their first day open and got the barnyard dish and I've been dreaming of coming back. They are currently operating out of a trailer while they get the building done. Absolutely delicious! So refreshing to eat an amazing farm to table meal where every element is perfectly prepared.Our chicken tenders (with their own special breading) were crunchy and flavorful, and our burger could have been an advertisement for the ideal burger. That sesame brioche bun and pickled red onion was chef's kiss. Even the structure of the burger was built so none of the ingredients slipped out a tricky endeavor!Both meals were heaped with seasoned french fries, and not a soggy one in the bunch. They'll undoubtedly make great leftovers in the oven.Lastly, super nice folks! Excited they're expanding and we can't wait to go again.
