Kfc - Windham

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service at this place is appalling. I stopped in to pick up an online order and was ignored for 15 minutes. When I called the store, the employee who answered hung up on me—apparently he didn’t feel like doing his job. I can't fathom why anyone would work there if they're just going to disregard their responsibilities and provide such a terrible experience for customers. It goes without saying that I will never return to this location. If I were you, I would save myself the trouble and go somewhere else.

We drove for an hour to get KFC because we had a strong craving and there isn’t one nearby anymore. Although the lobby was closed, we were able to pick up our to-go order through the drive-thru. It seemed like the restaurant was a bit understaffed, but they still got our large order to us in a friendly and timely manner. Some other customers in line appeared frustrated with the wait, but our family was very happy and didn’t mind being a little patient. A big thank you to the young ladies working tonight — your hard work is appreciated! Happy belly dance!

I ordered online and drove 15 minutes to pick up my food, only to be told that they didn't have what I wanted! The app said my order was ready for pickup, so I was really frustrated. When I finally received my order, they gave me the remaining chicken, which was cold and definitely not fresh. What a disappointment!

Tried giving this location a few chances and the last few times I've been there have been awful. Last time I got chicken for my wife which was hard as a rock and she couldn't eat it and none of my order from the taco bell menu were correct. It's a lot ofmoney for very low quality
