Burgerfi - Windermere

This place is a joke. 45 minutes for 2 burgers and a kids fry. Restaurant is disgustingly filthy. Kids running everything, starting a fight in the kitchen area shouting ?F-this and F-that and F-you? it?s a Monday night. They aren?t that busy. Teenage employees too busy running their mouths to do their job. We were given the wrong order and when I took it back up the girl snatched the bag and rolled her eyes as if I were my fault she gave us the wrong order. When we got our order it was dry, the burgers were cooked to a crisp and the fries were soggy. The other burgerfi locations are great, and funnily enough there were training guides left on the front counter for everyone to see. Get it together. There was one employee (didn?t catch his name) that was very kind and actually went and made our order for us (he had longer curly hair and glasses) he?s about all they have going for them. -35/10

The BEST people! They worked hard and tried to make my experience low key and enjoyable! Super friendly and the BEST team I’ve dined with since the pandemic began. 10/10 food and 12/10 team!

Dony and team provided great service with speedy and tasty food always a family favorite!
