I have given this restaurant a few details because I have supported all my Caribbean people. Today was the last stray! the oxtail had hardly any color and taste. if they knew a true Caribbean they would. the white rice was almost soft as porridge and when I got the mixed veg to my surprise, it was only the frozen heaps and carrots. this place is also clearly over price .. spent 25 dollars on this small teller. don?t get me started on the truck? srry but I will take my dollar elsewhere
I'm grubbing as I write it! because it's only 30 minutes after my arrival closed, I would say the amount of my ochs tail was still sufficient and the mixed vegetables, pork, ochs tails were delicious. the cashier was a beautiful young woman who gave great service with a smile? a perfect representative for the business. she made me drink the cola champagner and it was also delicious! thank you.
Something has told me that I did not stop here, but wanted support, but was treated with Horrible Customer Service, just something that really tasted with taste was the cabbage and half a yam everything else is like DAM WTF? Salt fish tasted spoiled and was cold, Ruck chicken was overcooked mainly served chicken bones instead of actually having meat because being overcooked? not come back. From my experience I would not have earned a 1-star rating. With The Jerk Shack, I will definitely hold the drive for good customer service and great Jamaican food.
My daughter had to travel to San Antonio for business and of course was super excited to see the (Miami Vibes) Jamaican cuisine. However, the experience was just the opposite of the Jamaican experience in Miami. They were not hospitable, and after ordering the large oxtail plate, fixed a small portion plate of the worst sliced/prepared oxtails, she said, she?s ever had. You guys DO NOT represent the best of Jamaica. Imma tell ya ma!
