Fusion Street Tacos - Windcrest

I attempted to dine at this restaurant today since it claims to be open on Saturdays. However, when I arrived around 7 PM, the doors were locked!

This place is incredible! Don't miss the chance to visit. It was my first time here, and I was blown away. I typically dislike cilantro, but the young lady served me rice with cilantro, and it was surprisingly delicious! The cilantro flavor was subtle, not overpowering at all. Everything was served hot, and the customer service was outstanding. Just go ahead and check it out!

I just tried Fusion for the first time and absolutely loved it! As a vegetarian, I was particularly interested in the Beyond Meat street tacos. I’ve had plant-based tacos before, but these completely exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly well-seasoned and reasonably priced. The queso blanco was definitely outstanding. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely incredible. chips and queso blanco were hands down the best we've had in sa. we have been on the hunt for a good white queso and this place delivered. the tacos itself were incredible and bursting with flavor. 10/10 recommend and will be returning no doubt. go check them out!

Small little place off the beaten path. I had Birria tacos. They were good. I will be back to try some of the other menu items.
