They didn’t have my booking through open table so my birthday evening did not go to plan. They said they didn’t use open table to take bookings, although on the phone to management they didn’t say this.

When we arrived the guy at the restaurant the guy at the door said he wasn 't letting anyone in. We said w head a reservation and he said he couldn 't see it and that 's the second one tonight . I showed him our reservation with Open Table and after looking for a while he said wrong restaurant and asked us to leave. I double checked and asked some locals and it was 100% the right address, right restaurant, right date and time. He was incredibly rude and due to Covid we were unable to get into another restaurant. Extremely disappointing.
