First time I was there, used the restroom, closed the door and saw the longest roach I 've ever seen since being in a 3rd world country. Decided it was an anomaly. Went back, saw roaches near the buffet table; a glance into the kitchen explains things. Sorry to report, just generally unkempt. This was bad news, because the flavor of the food was good. When I told my Indian co-worker I had recently eaten there, his response was, Let me guess....it was like going to the Children 's Zoo . So there you have it. Move on.
Not good. Staff are not friendly. Biryani is just ok. Tastes like they just heat up frozen food and serve it. Veg biryani has brinjal in it. Would avoid.
Went there on a Friday night and ordered chicken 65 biriyani and they were OUT OF BIRIYANI!!!!!! How can you be called paradise BIRIYANI pointe and be out of biriyani?!! It's ridiculous. So we ordered a rava dosa which came out after like 30 minutes with cold chutneys straight from the fridge most likely- AWFUL. The Channa bhatura was okay. The service that day was terrible too. Young men clad in super casual dirty jeans. We didn't have a menu when we walked in for a good 10 minutes and no water on our tables till after our food got there (30 mins). We have been to paradise so many times for their buffet and the service has never been so shoddy! I don't know if the management has changed or what. Anyway, we gave them another chance, went back a week later and got chicken 65 biriyani for take out. It was fabulous!!! Bottom line is a la carte is not the way to go here anymore.
First time here. 11:45 am on Saturday. Restaurant empty. Went to the buffet. Serving dishes covered with Saran Wrap and the food had congealed on top, suggesting to me they were from the day before. As we were at the buffet, I noticed a roach walking along the edge of one of the dishes. We left. Needs health department inspection.
Well, visited on a Friday evening and we were the only party in attendance except for the half dozen pick up orders that went through. Ordered the cheese dosa which was amazingly tasty. The dips served with the dosa were a little on the spicy side, but I still sampled and they were flavorful. For main dishes we got okra fry, butter chicken and goat curry. We also got a chapati to share. The chapati was good, but the butter chicken was very rich and velvety. The goat curry, while God, was still spicy (but again, in a wuss when it comes to spice) and the okra fry was amazing. The rice served is plain basmati, not the flavored Indian rice like other places.
