Mcdonald's - Winchester

The staff at this restaurant are generally friendly, but I had an issue with my order. I requested a fudge sundae with caramel on the bottom, but instead, I received a version that was only partially right. When I asked for it to be remade, they refused. Overall, I've had much better experiences at other locations, where the service pays attention to every detail.

I've been visiting this place a lot since I've been working close. I have to say her customer service is always great and they keep the place always neat. the prices are reasonable and they serve great portions.

Today is Tuesday, November 3rd, and it's 9:45 AM. My husband just went through the drive-thru with our 4-year-old daughter. He placed an order for an Oreo McFlurry.

I’m not sure what’s happening with McDonald’s, but they definitely need to improve. The quality of their food has declined, and their service is even worse. It's time for McDonald’s to reconsider their approach. They seem indifferent to the quality they provide, as I often receive the wrong order and it takes an eternity to get my food. I once waited 15 minutes for a cheeseburger! This is not what I expect from a fast-food restaurant. Honestly, I think it might be time for them to close their doors, as their glory days are behind them. The food tastes like cardboard, and the service leaves much to be desired. The Inwood, West Virginia location is especially disappointing. The shake machine can be out of order for weeks! I recommend finding another place to eat and let McDonald’s fade away.

This is the worst McDonalds ever. They make you wait in line for forever and when you finally get food IT WILL NOT BE WHAT YOU ORDERED!! When you go back to get the food you actually ordered they will make you feel like your robbing them even though you have your receipts and you were the one wronged in the first place! This store is right beside a Wendy's, a KFC, and an Arby's. Please, save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else!
