Mamadou's Artisan Bakery - Winchester

The croissant and brioche are better than all I had in frankly, let alone more boston!

The croissant and brioche here are unmatched, even compared to those I've had in France, not to mention anywhere else in greater Boston!

During our trip to Winchester, we discovered this fantastic bakery. I'd gladly make the 45-minute drive just for the Mandel Croissants—they're truly exceptional!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. While the place is small, everything they offer is absolutely delicious. Every bite is a perfect heavenly experience. Their chocolate croissants, Danishes, and other treats are simply delightful! Honestly, I will go out of my way just to stop by and pick some up whenever I can.

I discovered this bakery just two days ago and couldn't resist trying a few treats. I sampled several breads, including a brioche loaf, handcrafted sourdough, and a baguette, as well as some Viennoiseries like croissants and pain au chocolat. Everything was absolutely delicious. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mamadou, who is incredibly warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning! If you're ever in the Winchester, MA area, make sure to indulge in some of their baked goods. They are freshly made every day, and you can watch the bakers at work behind the counter. The aroma of freshly baked bread greets you as soon as you walk in. I left happy, and I can't wait to come back. I just learned that they've recently opened a second bakery in Arlington, MA, and I'm excited to visit that location soon!
