I've been to all webbs before. personal attention, eating super. highly recommended,
We were recommended to eat here but needed to book first. This is one of the best fish restaurants in Rye. The staff are friendly and very helpfull. The food is freshly prepared all the fish are caught on the day. The place is kept clean and the toilets were clean too. The service was fast too. The general atmosphere ambience is good. Will defo be going there again
My friends and I ate here for lunch. I had a fish stew, and it tasted blend, but it had lots of mussels, fish, and one piece of shrimp with potatoes. I like to add that croutons are small and not enough to put in the soup. If you ever tried a French version, it's very good. My friends had a fish and chips, they said it's just average and the size of fish is not large.
We went to Rye for a getaway day from London, and we discovered this phenomenal restaurant. It was well worth it. We began our delicious lunch with the Crab Arancini with Wasabi Mayonnaise and Salt and Pepper Squid, Noodle and Vegetable Thai Style Salad with Mint Coriander and Chilli. The menu looked very good and interesting so we ordered the Carpaccio of Scallop and Salmon with Orange Dressing, Fennel Salad followed by the Rye Bay Scallops Pan Fried with Caramelised Onion, Creamed Potato and Chive Vermouth Sauce, Crisp Pancetta followed by the Half Grilled Lobster with salad and French fries. To complete this superb lunch, we ordered the Sussex Cheese Plate with port wine and a fantastic local gin, Hastings Smugglers. Overall, a five-star-plus experience
