Stayed in the hotel 0 degrees with 50 people from the Netherlands. Dispite the food was good,the restaurant started every evening at around 11 pm serving drinks in plastic and paper cups! This has nothing to do with good service. If you have a proper bar you know of course that you don’t serve a 10 year old whiskey in a plastic cup. Nor a wine or beer. When I was in a normal discussion with a waitress about that te boss interupted and began shouting at me: i am not discussing and you don’t get glasses!!!! Very rude. I never experienced this in my live and believe me….I know what good quality service is. I think you agree with me that this has nothing to do with good catering service. When I want to drink out of a plastic cup I go to a festival!!

Terrible experience hosting my afterparty here after my wedding. Our wedding was on a Sunday, so our afterparty was 9PM-11PM. The restaurant is typically closed on Sunday evening (so it's not like they were closing it down on account of us or losing money for a private event they needed to make up for). Of course we were more than happy to pay for the inconvenience of bartenders coming in on a Sunday but felt they were extremely unreasonable. They price gouged us made us commit to an absurd minimum, in addition to a commitment of $500 guaranteed tip for the bartenders who were also being tipped by our guests which I think is tacky. The food order was wrong when we arrived and the bartender had no explanation or information, and the bartenders were literally so miserable towards our guests multiple people commented. We also wanted to host breakfast the morning after our wedding where it was free flowing for 2 hours guests could pop in for breakfast run a tab that we covered. They told us they were unable to do ths unless we committed to a 3k breakfast min. 3k for breakfast?! Literally absurd... not flexible or accomodating at all. Only regret of my wedding was hosting my afterparty here.

Incredible appetizers, eat the burrata, my duck was the beggar's wallet Pasta. My pasta was truffle forward and creamy and homemade. It was divine! My friends had the steak and our drinks were very nice. Nothing stood out as something special from the Dessert menu unfortunately, but everything we ate was great. Also, great service too!

This place is amazing!!! Gina, our waitress was beautiful. Make sure you ask for a table from Gina. The linguine Bolognese was spectacular as the house salad, yes, the house salad. You have to try Terra! They won't be disappointed. Five stars!

Amazing food and ambience! We had a reservation for 17 people and they were very accommodating! The eggplant meatballs OMG! I can't stop thinking about her.
