We enjoyed the coffee but we got service without a smile. The baristas weren't attentive and seemed annoyed that they had to serve us.

Big disappointment. I ordered latte with regular milk but I got something like water-downed milk and on top of that I can’t even taste the espresso.

Sometimes they will make really good coffee. Then even if you keep ordering the same exact thing. It will taste either way to watered down, too sweet, or too much milk. They cant seem to keep consistency. Also what’s shocking is they don’t have Lactose free milk. It’s a big part in how coffee tastes. And they completely missed it. I somehow can make amazing coffee with a cheep nespresso machine and some lactose free milk. But a $2k machine, and lots of experience. Gets this much messed up.

Overall, the food and coffee are delicious, but there have been instances where the coffee was burned. Recently, whoever is working here seems to be improving their skills.

I only come here for the plant based breakfast sandwiches because no where else makes them near me unless I go out of my way. The location only has them on occasion and are consistently out of them. Which either is a punishment to plant based people becuase they refuse to order enough for the population they serve, or they just suck at ordering them and either way my review stands. Just another place that offers a plant based alternative and then say they don't sell enough but everytime you go they are consistently out. Super disappointing but I will drive a little further and go to Peet's so I can ensure I get what I drive there for and don't waste my time.
