Employee on line was checking her phone while making smoothies. Nobody asked why i was in store. Here for a pick up. First employee did welcome me. Second employee walked out and stared at me and didn’t say anything. Terrible customer service.

Just wanted to say thank you. the whole world is understaffed, and at my work we get many complaints for being short staffed and people not having patience, but when i go into establishments i never expect them to rush, and its unfortunate people do. at the end of the day, saving 5 minutes wont change much. thanks to Tate (according to my recipt i didnt catch their names). fav one stop smoothie shop!

Slowest service ever. It was like no one knew what they were doing. Or maybe it was both employees first day on the job. 15 min wait for 1 med drink when I was the only one in the store is a little excessive. Disappointed to say the least..
