Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Wilson

This food right here is Beyond Words of Description. My tongue/pallets was dancing as I devoured each juicy morsel of chicken. The biscuits are butter cotton soft and moist. And what do you do with the mashed potatoes and gravy? Do you got one of my great aunts from Louisiana in the back mashing the potatoes and making Thanksgiving gravy? My parishes from outta state were dancing while they ate praising God for the hands who prepared this divine meal. The fries, Cole slaw, Dirty rice...just D.Elicious!!!!!Bless you, Popeyes and your clean, well organized and fantastic staff at your Wilson NC location.

Food wasn't so good it had more flour on it than the seasoning and there was no seasoning on

I got they're hot wings which were delicious. The lobby was clean. The employees were friendly.Only one dislike was when a male employee came out into the lobby wearing his pants down below his buttocks. I thought that was very inappropriate and rude. When I say below his buttocks , that's just what I mean.Otherwise, all else was great.

I had an issue with an order I had not being correct so I called Popeyes in Wilson to inform them of my order being incorrect. The woman that took my call must have been extremely busy because she really did want to hear what I had to say but indicate she would put my inform in the book and I can come back in and they would fix the problem. I went back two days later after work and wad expecting a lot of attitude and rudeness. Man was I wrong!!! The beautiful woman that help me resolve my was extremely polite, caring and extremely professional. Her name was Erica and because of Erica and the customer service she gave me, I will be returning. I just hope and pray Erica is there.Parker
