It took a while for the cashier to come take my takeout order, but they were friendly and professional. There was ample parking available, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Due to COVID-19, napkins had to be requested at the front. I wouldn't hesitate to stop by here again.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I waited about 15 minutes for three McDoubles. Each time I visit, there's always some issue. The last two times I tried to get an iced coffee, they were out of it. It seems like the staff just don't want to work; they're incredibly lazy. The only reason I stop here is because it's on my way home, but after today, I won't be coming back. They had around five people at the counter, yet they still can't get food out in a timely manner.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever been. The manager should be embarrassed. I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy. The staff is rude, they mainly just chat amongst themselves, and they mess up orders—dropped food, wrong dishes—it’s all just awful.

Drive thru Associates need refreshment course on customer service. A smile and a DANKE instead of just taking my money and throwing me a bag. Practice this concept or visit Chic-Fil-A for a demonstration of customer service skills.
