Jimmy John's - Wilson

I originally gave this restaurant a 2-star review, but after trying it again recently, I can confidently say it was 10 times better! I've had Jimmy John's before in Raleigh, and it was fantastic, so I decided to order from the location in Wilson. However, I was disappointed to find that the sandwich was the thinnest I've ever encountered. To make matters worse, we discovered something unusual in our son's chips.

We had a fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s during our visit for a soccer tournament, where we placed two large orders. The manager, Harry, was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The sandwiches were incredibly fresh and delicious, and each order was delivered correctly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be ordering from them again the next time we play in Wilson.

On January 7, 2021, I don't often eat subs, but I usually go for Subway. I ordered the turkey and avocado sub, and while it was decent, something didn't taste right—possibly the lettuce, which seemed like it hadn't thawed properly. It would be great if they offered more options or something unique, like different sauces or types of bread. I personally don't see myself going back to Jimmy John's. However, if you're a big hoagie enthusiast, it might be worth a try. The staff were friendly, and the store appeared clean.

I love their sandwiches. They staff is always so nice and very helpful when you ask questions. They are a bit pricey but they have amazing sandwiches. It would be awesome if they would make different types of sub bread though.

I'm in drive through now. Slow service . Attitude from whom ever took my order. Nothing like one in Raleigh and Greenville. Better do better . Update. Got home ate, sandwiches are made beautifully. So its just the attitude on the inside.needs work. Thanks.
