Jimmy John's - Wilson

I recently visited Jimmy John's for the first time, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The employees, who were young Black women, were quite rude and had an attitude for no clear reason—this came about just because I asked a few questions about the menu. I initially thought it was just me they had an issue with, but I noticed similar behavior when they interacted with the customer behind me. I decided that I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. This is my first and only negative review!

We ordered our food to go, and when we got home after about 20 minutes, we realized that our sandwiches contained nothing but meat and bread—no toppings, no veggies, and no bacon, which was supposed to be included. I am extremely disappointed and I doubt I will return.

Update: After getting home and trying the sandwiches, I have to say they are beautifully made. It's just the attitude of the staff inside that needs some improvement. Thanks!

Fast and fresh tasting food. I had a lot of needs for toppings to be separate and they did it with a smile!

Took my family to this JJ?s a few months ago. Employees seemed agitated that we were interrupting them. I thought maybe they were having a bad day, so I tried to be extra nice. The result...emotionless, terrible customer service. I felt 100% unwelcome. They did not like the fact that we had questions about the menu either. Considering sometimes people have bad days, we tried the same store again this week. Same experience...employees who do not understand kindness, being courteous, and making customers feel welcome. We will not return to this store as their are plenty other sandwich shops.
