Bojangles - Wilson

Working breakfast on the way. Should have been fast and easy or at least simple. But unfortunately it was slow, they had a lot of help I saw 10 or 12 people. When I arrived, two people waited or not a big deal for Bojangles. But they got a big order for someone, all hands on deck I guess. But why the rest of us wait for 10 mins to take our order. They were 3 or 4 people. And even after our order we waited 10 minutes, I had not expected a 20-minute delay. But as soon as you have ordered, they have you somehow. Biscuit was good as usual. They gave me two drinks. You must have a better plan.

Staff were full of personality and very helpful in ordering. Was very clean and in a location near motels, that was convenient as we were on the road. They had something new I've never seen...sweet potato desert cake (deep fried). I didn't try, but it looked very good. Chicken was a little sharp what I enjoyed

I love the bread on the chicken! It's very light, but still a little crisp. The person on the counter is from Africa and although it was a little hard to understand it first, he was happy to chat with!

My wife says it wasn't my favorite... and she was sick for the next 36 hours (although we can be fair not 100% positive there was a direct connection). My 16-J daughter says it was the most delicious chicken ever... the cookies are also pretty good. But really you know what you get when you make this choice... you will not be surprised.

This was my first experience with Bojangles and it was not a great one. It was very busy both inside and the drive-thru and seemed like there were not enough people working. Then when I got closer to the line I overheard the cashier instructing one of the other employees to redrop some potatoes to warm them up! Needless to say I'm glad I wasn't ordering any sides. I simply wanted some tenders and a sweet tea. When I asked for this I felt like I was given the third degree because she said I had to pick a side or the snack pack. Keep in mind I've never been inside an ordered anything before so I don't think I was asking for anything on reasonable and I feel she lacks some patience. She did apologize for the wait and proceeded to explain that all of the other employees were mostly borrowed from other locations and she was the only original employee. I do not think I will be in a rush to go to another Bojangles anytime soon.
