Yo Sake Downtown Sushi Lounge

The ambiance was great, as always. The food was disappointing considering the chicken lettuce wraps came with three sauces but the waitress never even took the time to explain them to us. The tempura fried green beans were excellent with the wasabi dipping sauce, their version of bang bang shrimp was really good. But one of the people at my table, ordered sushi and that literally took almost to minutes to come to the table again with no explanation from the waitress. All she had to do was stop by the table and just say I’m sorry for the delay, but the guys making sushi are extremely busy and I’ll get your order out to you as soon as possible. I then stop somebody and said are you a manager and he said no but I can help you I told him that I thought it was kind of upsetting that nobody notified us that her dish would take longer than the rest of ours he just looked at me like I had heads and mention that he would tell a manager but new manager ever stop by our table. Needless to say they need help with training on customer service and how to talk to the guests and inform them of any delays or specifics about dishes that come to the table

Happy hour was great! The food was delicious and price point unbeatable

Love this spot. My fav downtown restaurant. Glad they have the elevator though as the stairs are steep. Service is always great and so is the food

Always loved coming here. Nice and approachable servers, cool ambience and excellent food. The sushi is so good and the firecracker shrimp is a must every time! The drinks are so so good too
