Przekaż informację zwrotnąAccording to both the Taco Bell app and Google, the restaurant was supposed to close at 2 AM. I placed an order through the app and was charged for it. When I arrived at 1:20 AM, the speaker said, “Sorry, we’re closed.” I inquired about my order, which had already been paid for, but received no response. I drove around to the window and was ignored again until I started honking my horn. When they finally came to the window, I asked about my charged order, and the response was, “Sorry, we’re closed. You need to call for a refund,” followed by them shutting the window on me. The whole experience was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.
This restaurant is clean, welcoming, and offers outstanding service.
The food items often come with very little filling, and there have been issues with order accuracy and missing items. I typically use the drive-thru and really enjoy the Taco Bell brand, but this location needs improvement to provide a more reliable experience.
Burrito Supreme flat as a pancake. Hardly anything inside. Basically bit into 80% flour tortilla and a bit of mush. Regular tortilla had a sliver of some meat stuff and the rest lettuce and a dab of cheese. Wanted to barf. Threw it out. What happenedto Taco Bell?
I like this Taco Bell because the service is always quick. I find 50% have very slow service, not this one! Polite staff with a friendly service.
