Sarku Japan - Wilmington

I usually love sarku... but the last two times I didn't eat it right.... it wasn't bad, but it wasn't like omg I can't expect to eat it. I could be..I'll try again.

Food is good. Only complaint is the prices went up and the quantity went down. Now you have to pay $1.99 for 'extra ' meat which amounts to what we got before the prices went up.

Didn't really care for the food. My significant other swore that it was going to be good, but I felt like it really wasn't. Like typical buffet mall food it tasted like it had been sitting out. The chicken tasted very overcooked. I wouldn't recommend unless you're okay with cheap food that taste terrible.

Ordered shrimp teriyaki. Shrimp were hot but rice was cold. Asked to be recooked and they refused. Made me stand on line to get refund.. No way to run a business. Cook very rude.

Terrible customer service terrible experience The manager who was cashier that day with the gold was extremely rude and unprofessional to me for no reason when I was trying to order my food. Second time when I was close to finishing my food I noticed there was plastic in my food drenched in sauce that i hadn’t noticed before. When I brought it to his attention and asked for a refund he blew me off and said no! Terrible first time experience at this location will never return
