Santa Fe Mexican Grill Wilmington

First time going. I got burritos; everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff are attentive friendly. I definitely recommend!

We've been to Santa Fe a few times. Service always seems to be lacking in weekends.

Our server Jamie was amazing and all food was yummy the chorizo burrito is huge and my husband can only ever eat half of it !!!! We got the street corn empanadas and they were amazing , the dipping sauce is yummy also their skinny margarita is so good and doesn't taste skinny at all !!!!

The experience was not great. We checked in for our reservation and the hostess said nothing to acknowledge me, but kept walking back and forth and speaking to other people without saying a word. We stood there wandering what to do. Five minutes later she said, “you can follow me.” We had multiple servers who all didn't seem to have things straight. The food arrived quickly but I had ordered bib lettuce with my tacos and no spicy aioli. My daughter ordered a soup with no onions. Her soup had a pile of onions on top and my tacos were in flour tortillas with the aioli. It took a while to flag someone down to get the lettuce. My daughter just picked out the onions. They took my plate and the tacos took another 15-20 minutes to come back and by then my family had eaten. My tacos had the same spicy aioli all over them, with very watery and under-seasoned fish. The whole experience was just lack luster, and then it took forever to get the check and our drinks weren't refilled once the whole meal. We've eaten there before and it was great- I hope this was a one-off experience.
