Red Heat Tavern - Wilmington

Found the place by accident, that is, we were traveling and wanted a rest stop. Not fast food because we wanted to take a break from a long 5 hour drive. It was just what we needed. We can tell there is a local patronage as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

The food was quite impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The service was attentive and friendly, also rating a 4. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. Overall, I had a wonderful lunch and would recommend it to others!

If I had dined in I could give it a 5 across the board but I got takeout so I honestly can't say it was a 5/5 but the food is amazing every time. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Burgers, Skillet Cornbread

The tater tots were excellent. For my dining experience, I had dinner, and I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5.
