Planet Smoothie - Wilmington

Mostly we had great experiences with the staff. the smoothies are good and fast. their business hours are unfortunately not online and we have tried twice to go 7:15 (online says they close by 8), but they close by 7. hopefully they will update their business times for all the others who try to go!

Lethargic staff caused the low score.Fiji Island breeze is fair.When I entered and plugged in laptop I was not greeted Are you gunna order anything? I said Yes.I need a minute to decide. The staff of two returned to corner table.I approached counter and waited.Ordered shortly after.Manners and customer service are absent.I gave them another chance.My bill was $7.10 ,I paid $10.10 ans was told It is only $7.10. Several explanations were need to explain that my change is $3.00.Really.I had to speak slowly again and again.Now wrong size was made.Replaced quickly.

Great smoothies I ordered Mango Passion, it’s very delicious). Friendly staff and very helpful. I would definitely come back.

The orange push up smoothie is simply amazing and the service was great as well! Going back again tomorrow. Definitely one of my favorite smoothie spots.
