PinPoint - Wilmington

I ate there pre-pandemic, so my memory is fuzzy on the details, except the delicious beans hummus... I wanted to come back.

They were able to have an amazing vegan meal, one of the best I ever had.

Not strictly speaking vegan options, but do not ask for butter and it is done. The paved veggies were surprisingly divine and I highly recommend it. The veggi main course option, a pesto-quinoa-broccoli and much more was a festival for the senses.

Chef Dean Neff is amazing. We're lucky to have his talent in Wilmington. He's a creative cook. Its dishes are nuanced and unique. He radiates locally and takes care of our community. He and Jeff and their amazing staff are a treasure I wilmington. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and funny. I have in top restaurants around the world, including many in the top 100 of the world. I recently returned from traveling to dc and NYC, where we dined in top restaurants there. Last night we dined to Pin Point for the wine dinner and commented that this meal was better than anything we enjoyed in our last trips (last weeks) to dc and NYC. It is a real pleasure to be at home and to eat at one point in our home town.

This restaurant is perfect! Every single thing my husband and I ate was amazing in both taste and presentation. Recommend the butterfly hummus I had now!! Besides, I'm usually in to steal gluten-free baked goods... BUT... the gluten-free brownie was really good!! Rich chocolate flavor and texture was so good that I would never guess it was gluten-free!
