Pelican's Snoballs Market Street

I visited this morning, March 27, and ordered the superhero. It was absolutely amazing—definitely a 10 out of 10! I also appreciated the wide variety of options available. The young lady who served me was incredibly sweet and took the time to ensure my order was perfect. I will definitely be returning!

I had a mixed experience at the restaurant. One staff member was really nice and provided exceptional service, while unfortunately, another employee seemed to be doing nothing but sitting around. She didn't even bother to take my order, which made the wait for my meal longer than I'd hoped. Aside from that, the service from the helpful guy was excellent.

I went on Sunday the 29th, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. There were about 5-6 people ahead of us, and we ended up waiting 45 minutes. To make matters worse, two of the orders in front of us were incorrect. Once we finally had our order taken, we tried to lean on the railing in the shade since we had been waiting in the sweltering 90-degree heat for so long. To my shock, I saw an employee open the window and spit. After waiting an hour for just two snoballs, we completely lost our appetite.

This place is a rip-off. $7.00 for 20 onces of ice and half a teaspoon of flavor syrup. I would highly suggest going anywhere else the owner of this location has no concern for providing any kind of value to the customer. Go here and you will be ripped off.

I will never be back to this location in particular. The other one on Carolina Beach as friendly and fast staff. There were four or five people and it took them almost 5 minutes to even come up to the register to ask for our order.
