Lovey's Natural Foods Cafe - Wilmington

The restaurant offers a vast array of vitamins and supplements, along with a diverse selection of tea and coffee substitutes. The Vanilla Nut flavor is especially delightful. The staff at Loveys is friendly and very helpful. Wilmington is fortunate to have several great options for organic food.

The owners of this company are rude, raw and ruthless. I was harassed by Karen and she verbally attacked me when I checked out. I've experienced this in the past, but I never thought I was a victim of her anger. She hates this country and the majority of people in it. She'll never get another dim when I mean, and I'll tell everyone I know how bad I was treated. I'm just buying Whole Foods and Tidal Creek.

Shocking how Marie (think she 's one of the owners)working in the Cafe was so rude to my daughter yesterday as if waiting on a customer buying a pre- made wrap was a total inconvenience to her. Clearly, if you 're not purchasing anything from the Cafe then you 're a total waste of this woman 's time. Sorry we even came in. It 's not like the place was swamped. We 've been customers at Lovey 's for years. Not anymore! We 've never been told to take our wraps to the front of the store to check out. What the heck?! Oh, you mean where your other friendly employee was working? Really sick of the well, we 're short staffed right now blah, blah. blah . No excuse for being rude to customers. Ya 'll have certainly never been the friendliest place to shop. I tried overlooking it for years but now my daughter and I are both officially done. You should appreciate your repeat customers not run them off!

I have lived in Wilmington for about a year now and went into Lovey?s for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it! The staff were helpful and very welcoming, the produce selection was fresh and in great condition, and the food bar was delicious! I will definitely be returning to do groceries here. Went through other reviews to see why Lovey?s only had a 3.7 rating and it?s due to staff not wearing masks. I believe it?s optional for staff? I saw some wearing a mask. Hopefully for those who left such a low review and find this to be a concern are vaxxed and/or masked themselves.

I don't usually use strong language, but the owner, Karen, truly exemplifies a negative attitude. I wouldn’t recommend inviting her unless you want to experience rudeness for no apparent reason. It’s surprising that this place is still in operation.
