Little Caesars Pizza - Wilmington

I had pizza it was ok and crust too thick not cooked enough. It was almost closing and prices great!

Yesterday evening with a sign on the door, closed because of lack of coworkers I have an idea to hire employees! if they should increase short personal management or peculiarities.

Tou never knows what to tour. needs new own or management

The pizza was hot and ready as advertised. But the young man sitting behind the cash register was rude, barely acknowledged we were there and mumbled unintelligible responses to a request for dipping sauces. If you're that miserable at the job. Quit. Management should do way better! We won't be back. He was THAT BAD!

I believe the food at this restaurant is excellent for the price, however, I had a negative experience when trying to purchase a pre-made "lunch" special. I was told it wasn't in their system and then it was thrown away in front of me. The staff also told me they didn't have the cheesy bread I had ordered online, even though there were large signs outside advertising it. Instead, they offered to substitute it with a 2-liter drink at the same price, which was not accurate. I was disappointed with the lack of honesty and respect from the employees and their customer service skills. I will not be returning to this location until they improve in these areas. I did not catch the name of the employee, but I may update this review with it later.
