Kid Shelleen's Trolley Square

I go there every week with my choir group, and their food and service is fantastic. They sport massive burgers, large salads, delicious steak and other such meals, and yummy appetizers. The servers are all pretty accommodating and polite, and have never complained or had an attitude even when we have 20+ people. If you're looking for a good place to eat in Wilmington, this is it.

Pleasantly surprised to find this gem still open when I stopped for the night in Wilmington. I asked the bartender what he would suggest he points to a wall of plaques for The Best Burger in Delaware! So, it was no wonder the Cat Ballou with cajun fries where on point! I mean, you don't have to tell this Mushroom Queen twice when you say Kennett mushrooms and brie!

This is truly one of the best spots in the area. The food is outstanding, and the draft beer selection is excellent. Marco is consistently friendly, personable, and delivers exceptional service, and he's been doing so for years. I have a couple of suggestions: (1) Warm or toast the buns on the burgers, as they sometimes taste a bit like they're been refrigerated. (2) Consider serving fresh-cut homemade fries.

What a wonderful discovery! We stopped by for lunch, and the tuna tacos were incredibly tasty. The chicken salad sandwich also surpassed my expectations. However, I found the cauliflower risotto to be a bit on the salty side for my liking.

I had my first visit to this restaurant today, and I'm thrilled that I chose it! As a food lover, I can confidently say that the French onion soup was absolutely outstanding—just perfection! Our server, Molly, was friendly and attentive, which made our dining experience even better. I ordered the salmon with cauliflower risotto, and it was delicious. My daughter enjoyed the kids' chicken taco with fries, while my dad had the flank steak served with fries and green beans. We all loved our meals and can't wait to return next month! A huge thank you for the fantastic food and excellent customer service! I'll definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends in Delaware.
